Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Seller

The website oneafrance.com is operated under the trade name ONEA by Yanis Martin, sole proprietor (micro-enterprise), SIRET 943 016 089 00014, domiciled at 200 rue de la Croix-Nivert, 75015 Paris, France. Article 2 — Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to any order placed on the site by a consumer. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the Terms of Sale. The seller may amend them at any time; the applicable terms are those in force at the time of the order.

Article 3 — Products

The products offered are cosmetic and skincare products as well as beauty accessories. The essential characteristics of each product (description, ingredients, volume) are presented on its product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible; slight differences in color or presentation may exist. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are shown including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Depending on your country, they may be displayed and charged in euros, pounds sterling or US dollars. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Article 5 — Ordering

The customer selects products, checks the cart, enters their details and confirms the order after payment. The order is confirmed by a summary email. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, incomplete payment or an unavailable product; the customer is then informed and refunded.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It is made online, securely, using the payment methods offered on the site. Banking data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by the seller.

Article 7 — Delivery

We deliver to mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. In France they are delivered within 2 to 5 business days depending on the carrier; outside France, the delivery time depends on the destination country. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and the United States, taxes, customs duties or clearance fees may apply on arrival. See our Shipping Policy. In the event of a damaged or undelivered parcel, the customer contacts the seller within 7 days of the indicated delivery date.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. For hygiene and health protection reasons, cosmetic products whose seal or packaging has been removed cannot be taken back or refunded (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Article 9 — Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer contacts the seller at oneashop1@hotmail.fr with their order number and photos.

Article 10 — Precautions for use

Cosmetic products must be used in accordance with their instructions. Before first use, it is recommended to read the ingredient list and to test on a small area of skin, particularly in the case of sensitive skin or a known allergy. In the event of a reaction, stop use and consult a doctor. Products must be kept out of the reach of children. The information on the site does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.

Article 11 — Intellectual property

The brand, logo, texts and visuals of the site are the exclusive property of the seller. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Article 12 — Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations (GDPR).

Article 13 — Complaints

For any complaint, the customer may write to oneashop1@hotmail.fr. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 14 — Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights that the consumer holds under the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.
