Delivery zones

We deliver to mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. In France, delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the carrier. Outside France, the delivery time depends on the destination country. These times are indicative and may be longer during busy periods (sales, holiday season).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm your order. Shipping is free in France for orders of €65 or more and in the United States for orders of €79 or more.

Taxes and customs duties

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and the United States, taxes, customs duties or clearance fees may apply on arrival, depending on the regulations of the destination country.

Order tracking

An email containing the tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order from your customer account.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. Re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged.

Damaged, missing or undelivered parcel

If your parcel is damaged, missing or not received, contact us at oneashop1@hotmail.fr or +33 6 58 34 48 23 within 7 days of the indicated delivery date, with your order number and, if applicable, photos. For a damaged parcel, we advise you to note any reservations with the carrier on delivery.
