Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. In France they are delivered in 2 to 5 business days depending on the carrier; outside France, the delivery time depends on the destination country.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm your order. Shipping is free in France for orders of €65 or more and in the United States for orders of $79 or more.
How do I track my order?
An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.
Returns & withdrawal
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. For hygiene reasons, however, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be taken back — only products still sealed in their original packaging can be returned.
How do I make a return?
Contact us at oneashop1@hotmail.fr with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions.
When will I be refunded?
The refund is made to the payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us immediately at oneashop1@hotmail.fr with a photo: the return and the refund (or replacement) are then fully covered.
Formulas & sensitive skin
Are ONEA formulas suitable for sensitive skin?
ONEA offers gentle formulas, including several fragrance-free products (marked on the product page). Every skin is different: patch-test on a small area before first use and stop if a reaction occurs.
Are the ingredients clearly listed?
Yes, every ingredient is explained so that you know exactly what you are applying to your skin.
Where can I find a product's ingredient list?
The ingredient list (INCI) and the key active are shown on each product page when available. For a specific question, email us at oneashop1@hotmail.fr.
How do I know which products to choose for my skin?
